I have been trying to figure out the purpose of this blog and what it means to me. Life has been pretty good to me, so I would like to give a little back by documenting things that are worth remembering. If for some reason I forget what has made me happy, I can use this as a reference to remind me of the things that I hope I never forget.
This weekend was pretty cool. I don't have the motivation that it would take to get into detail so I will bullet all of the things worth noting.
- Open bar at Molotov! Thanks Cade! Haha...during lunch on friday, we went to my favorite restaurant, Maudi's. After we were finished eating, Cade bet me a bar tab at Molotov that I wouldnt eat what looked to be about 3 or 4 HOT Serrano peppers cut into slices. I always considered my tolerance to be pretty high when it came to HOT food, so I took him on the challenge. I wrapped all the peppers in a corn tortilla and stuffed the whole thing in my mouth. It was so much food, that all I could do was chew, which is the last things that I wanted to do with this particular food group. I finally swallowed all of it and earned myself a nice tab on the bar. Yee haa...
- Watched Forrest Griffin beat Showgun's ass and almost cried when Chuck Liddell lost the decision.
- Grilled "Cowboy Burgers" from WholeFoods for 5
- Completed 3 Hop 'n Pops on Saturday.
After I got under my canopy, I whipped out my camera and took a few shots.
