It has been a while since I had posted on here. I'm totally out of my groove and probably won't get back in it until I find a place to live. At this point, I am still trying to sell my condo in Austin. Once it sells, I will find a place here in Dallas.
I was supposed to go to Austin this past weekend but Geoff, Dedo, and Chris convinced me to stay by waving 10th row Van Halen tickets at the AAC in my face. How cool was that??? It was pretty much awesome. My mom and brother went to the 1984 concert, so I grew up listening to the group.
Eddie Van Halen had an insane solo, Wolfgang was entertaining to watch, David was extremely quirky (and in incredible shape??), Alex Van Halen had a pretty cool drum solo. The fact that I had not seen a concert in 8+ years made this a memorable experience. We went to knox street pub to meet up with carrie and angela for the after math. I dont remember anything after the bar....
